Publication of Survey on Application of EU Competition Law to Entertainment and Sports Sectors

Oxford University Press have published a Survey by Benoît Keane of developments in the application of EU competition law to the entertainment and sports sectors.  The Survey has been published in its Journal of European Competition Law & Practice (JECLAP).

The article covers the main developments from late July 2013 to July 2014 and includes an analysis of the following topics:
